Lake is Low

Taken this evening - Tuesday August 25th.

The lake is extremely low, probably the lowest we have ever seen it.  Because of the levels the only usable boat slips are the ones towards the end.

Please remind guests that bringing a boat is not going to be a great idea for the rest of the summer until the lake level rises again.

Bear in the Park!

bear.jpg

As some of you may already know, we had a black bear in the park on July 24, 2015. The game warden was able to relocated him. We need to remind everyone that a bear is a wild animal and to keep your distance. The warden said he was looking for food. So please always keep our garbage and bbq's cleaned up, and the fish station maintained. If we continue to be a food source, he'll be back!

If you have any questions, please contact the office. We have a direct number for the game warden.

Thank you!!
