RRC Guest Self-Registration/Visitors Pass

Rimrock Cove Owners,

The new guest self-registration/parking pass process for Rimrock Cove (RRC) community is up and running.

As owners are aware, all guests must register – A guest is defined as a non-legal owner; this includes adult children who visit regularly. In addition, all vehicles, watercraft, and pets must be registered.

Copies of the RRC guest pass are available for pick up at the office. You may now keep a copy at your trailer for use with your guests. Please have guests place the pass in their car window after registering.

There are several options to ensure your guests are registered during their stay:

  1. Guests can register prior to arrival from the comfort of home.

  2. Print out the form - HERE, register using the QR code, fill-out guest name, lot number, and place the dashboard of the vehicle. Watercraft passes must be picked up in the office.

  3. Guest can register once they arrive at RRC by using an iPhone, Android phone, iPad, computer, and one of the methods and instructions below:

    • Using a phone, scan the QR code found on the cork board on the office deck

    • Using a phone, scan the QR code found on the front door of the office

    • Using a phone, scan the QR Code on the 2022 guest pass

    • Using a phone, scan the QR code below:

Instructions for scanning and registering guests:

  1. Open phone camera – do not take a picture of the QR code

  2. Center the QR code until a website appears (forms.office.com)

  3. Tap the website and complete the registration process

Marina Usage and Guest Boats

Hello RRC Owners,

Due to the increased use of the marina this summer, we have received complaints from owners who are having a hard time finding moorage for their boats. Consequently, we have decided to address this issue in a few ways to get us through the rest of the summer.

First, guest-owned watercraft will not be permitted to be moored or docked overnight on weekends. Owners, please make sure all guest watercraft (boats and jetskis) are removed from the water and the jetski beach by end-of-day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights so that ample space is available for Owner watercraft. Note that, as a convenience for owners and guests, we will be opening the rope line near the boat launch to allow for watercraft to be parked on trailers near the bathhouse on weekends.

Additionally, owners, if you are not using your boat or jetskis on a regular basis, we are respectfully requesting that you please remove them from the water or jetski dock as a courtesy to other owners. A reminder, as our rules require, any owner leaving the park for more than 24 hours must remove your boat from the water or jetskis from the jetski dock.

Sincerely,
The Rimrock Cove Board of Directors

Rimrock Cove 50th Celebration

IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING! Very soon we will gather to celebrate 50 years of Rim Rock Cove. Or, if you’re counting, 52 years.

  • WHEN - September 3, 2022. 4 pm – 6 pm.

  • WHERE - The Orchard.

We will gather to share a catered BBQ meal. You may recall that fundraisers were held to help support this event. Funds raised will provide each lot with one paid ticket to this gathering. Additional tickets will be available for purchase at $20 each and must be purchased by August 21. Kids under 5 are at no charge. Please start to think about how many of your friends and family will attend the event. More details about the required RSVP and ticket purchase details are coming very soon. Continue to watch your email for full details.

You can reach your volunteer planning committee with any questions at email rimrock50th@outlook.com.

We look forward to celebrating with you! THANK YOU TO OUR FUNDRAISING VOLUNTEERS, AND THOSE THAT SUPPORTED THE FUNDRAISERS!
