Beach Work Party #2

Thank you to everyone who helped work on the beach shoreline on October 17th:

Ray Hudlow, Randy Hill, Bill Leonard, Jim Malone, Ron Gopal, Bryan Roth, Dylan Roth, Chris Dickison, Paul Masilani, Ned Kautzman, Colin Mancer, Andy Garness, Vance Lelli, David Hodge, Dixon Poff, Mike Visse, Mike Grosvenor, Colby Sokol.

Although great progress was made (See pictures), another work party is planned for Saturday, October 24th at 8 am.

We have an excavator and a backhoe available. With the proper equipment, the task should be completed this weekend. We will still need a lot of help with raking and smoothing. Also - please bring a shovel, grub hoe, pick and axe, or garden rake. It is expected to be cold at the lake this weekend so make sure to bring an extra layer of warmth.

The plan is to improve the approach and egress for the entrance to the swim area at the beach. The work must be done in the fall when the water level is low. For any further questions about this project please reach out to the Marine or Architectural Committee.

Hope to see you Saturday!
