End of Season Potluck!

It's been a fantastic summer!  As we wrap up the season and finish winterizing the trailers/park, it has become a tradition to get together one last time to see friendly faces and have a potluck.

Please join us as we end the season with a Chili & Baked Potato Potluck. Here's the scoop!

When:  Saturday October 15th at 5:30 pm

Where:  Coulee Circle Common Ground *

Details:  Chili + Baked Potato Potluck. Jim + Karen will be providing the Baked Potato's.  Please bring your choice of the following:  Your famous homemade Chili, toppings for baked potato's or a dessert.  Also bring a chair!

Earlier this year there was interest in having a park map created that showed lot numbers and park features. We got bids from a few vendors that ranged from $400 - $1500. The topic was put on hold while the board discussed whether the expense was worth it.

During that hold - Colin Mancer graciously stepped up and created an official Rim Rock Cove Map!

I'd like to thank Colin for the very labor intensive, detail orientated awesomeness that exceeded all expectations. Not only did he save the park money, he created a map that lot owners and guests can reference for years to come.

Park Closure Approaching - Things to know

This is in lieu of a newsletter to let you know a couple of things that will be happening in October: 

1) ALL BOATS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE MARINA BY OCTOBER 15TH.

2) Friday September 30th is my last day of regular season. So the office will be closed after that date for regular business. However I will be here on Saturday's from 10:30am - 12:30pm doing paperwork if any of you have questions, want to pay dues, need to buy ice, etc. 

3) Saturday October 15th in the Coulee Circle Common Ground (Lots 101-110) there will be a Chili/Baked Potato Feed Potluck Style. We need everything:

  • Chili of all kinds
  • Potatoes
  • Crackers
  • Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Anything you want to top your chili/potato with!

The office will be supplying bowls, napkins, and spoons/forks. If you would like further information, please contact:

I want all of you to know that I have thoroughly enjoyed working for and with you this season. I can't wait to come back next year and do it all over again. I hope everyone has a wonderful fall/winter season.
